Reviews and acts on manufactured home park site plans, major site plans, subdivision plans, special use permit applications, and text/map amendments to the Land Development Code and Official Zoning Map. Composed of up to seven department heads or their representatives from County offices including Planning, Building Services, Environmental Health, Fire Marshal, Engineering, Site Development, and Code Enforcement.
