Planning Board
The Planning Board is established to: (1) conduct studies and develop plans containing recommendations for the future of Henderson County, (2) advise the Board of Commissioners on land use and development, (3) administer regulations regarding the subdivision of land, and (4) review requests for amendments to the Land Development Code and Official Zoning Map. The board consists of nine members appointed by the Board of Commissioners to serve three-year terms.
