Advises on housing policy and funding. Works with City leadership and staff to implement the Affordable Housing Plan; considers affordable housing policy issues, develops action steps for plan priorities, and advises on affordable housing funding priorities.

Regular schedule is monthly on the first Thursday, 9:00–10:50 AM; however, currently meeting on an as-needed basis until June 30, 2027 (post-Hurricane Helene suspension). Special meetings are called as needed for Helene-related or pressing matters.
