Planning Board
The Planning Board makes studies of areas, prepares plans, develops policies, ordinances and administrative procedures, making recommendations to the Town Council and/or Board of Adjustment regarding these issues. Nine members serve three-year terms: seven appointed by the Town and two extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) representatives appointed by Haywood County Commissioners.
