Advisory board to the Town Council that makes recommendations on rezoning requests, Conditional District applications, major subdivision preliminary plats, planning issues, zoning classifications, and LDC amendments. Also serves as the Zoning Board of Adjustment (effective 08/01/2014) to hear zoning appeals, variances, and Special Use Permits. Consists of eight members: one representative per Council District, three at-large members, and one ETJ representative.
