Advisory body to the Planning Commission that reviews projects for compliance with the applicable provisions of the Development Code and submits recommendations to the Planning Commission. The Committee is also authorized to take final action on architectural design and landscaping for administratively reviewed projects. Reviews architectural and landscaping design for all new commercial and multi-family residential projects, major commercial remodels, and administrative design review applications. Established under Cathedral City Municipal Code Chapter 2.30; design review authority codified in Chapter 9.78.
