Monthly, typically spanning 3 days (Wednesday through Friday), held in rotating coastal communities throughout California. No meeting in January. Meetings generally begin at 9:00 AM, with closed session on Wednesday at 8:00 AM followed by regular session at 1:30 PM, and regular sessions at 9:00 AM on Thursday and Friday.
