Locunity Inc. is committed to providing accessible and inclusive digital experiences for people with disabilities. Civic information is most valuable when everyone can access, understand, and act on it. We are working to reduce barriers across our products, content, communications, business practices, and relationships with technology providers.
This commitment applies to customers, subscribers, readers, members of the public, personnel, contractors, and business partners who interact with Locunity.
This statement applies to:
These offerings are collectively referred to as our “Services.”
Locunity uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), available at https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/, version 2.2, Level AA, as its current accessibility target. We seek to apply this standard as we design, develop, procure, maintain, and improve our Services.
When Locunity creates a digital deliverable subject to a customer contract or procurement requirement, we will apply the accessibility requirements specified in that agreement, including the then-current WCAG Level AA standard where required.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Because our Services continue to evolve, some features or content may not yet fully conform to our target standard. We prioritize accessibility issues based on their impact and work to correct identified barriers or provide an accessible alternative where reasonably practicable.
Locunity is implementing accessibility practices that include, as appropriate:
Locunity’s Services incorporate or link to meeting recordings, agendas, staff reports, transcripts, government websites, and other materials created or hosted by public agencies and third parties. Locunity does not control the accessibility of those source materials or external services.
When we become aware that third-party or public-record content creates a material access barrier, we will make reasonable efforts to help users locate equivalent information, offer an alternative format when one is available, or identify another practical means of access. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own accessibility practices and policies.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of Locunity’s Services, need information in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility issue, please contact us:

You do not need to disclose a disability to request accessibility assistance. We will review accessibility feedback, respond as promptly as reasonably practicable, and work toward an appropriate resolution or accessible alternative.
